All pet owner's will be asked to fill out a pet information form upon check in.

** If you bring your pet's own food PLEASE measure out just enough to last your pet through their stay.  Send feeding instructions and put your pets name on the bags.  This is so we can make sure your pet gets feed their own food, save us on space and make feeding quick and simple.  You are welcome to send canned food and foods requiring refrigeration.

*** The Bordetella vaccine is to prevent kennel cough and is administered every 6 months through intranasal or injection at least two weeks prior to boarding. You must request this vaccine from your vet, because it is not always given at annual exams.  Kennel cough is a highly contagious virus (similar with the flu in humans) spread from dog to dog through the air.  Kennel cough is not always life threatening, unless in extremely old pets or with weak immune systems.  Your pet may still catch kennel cough from other dogs even though they have the vaccine.  It will just be a very mild form.  Kennel Cough will cause your dog to have a deep hacking cough and nasal discharge that may last for 1 week and will just need to run it course.   The only way to help prevent the spread Kennel Cough in a Kennel, Day Care or Grooming Salon is to make sure all dogs have the vaccine.  We will be happy to discuss other bordetella vaccine options with you.
